We provide Free Delivery on all our Underfloor Heating Kits - order your Heating System now!

Delivery Information & Costs

All products delivered arrive between 8:30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. You are able to supply your preferred delivery day in the shopping cart, when you purchase your choice of products. We will call you if we are unable to deliver on this date, and to arrange an alternate date that is convenient to you.

In order for a successful delivery, you must be at your delivery address to sign for your products. In the event that you are not available to provide a signature on the pre-arranged date, then you may be charged for re-delivery.

Deliveries cannot be left outside in porches, garages or any other location. At this time, if you live above the ground floor (i.e. in a flat) we are only able to deliver your goods to the ground floor entrance. We use a third party delivery company, and as such the drivers are unfortunately unable to move the goods inside for you. They are only able to deliver products to the outside of your home.

Electric Underfloor Heating - FREE Delivery

Delivery time will be Next Working day on all orders received by us by 12.00pm. Any orders received after this time will be processed and delivered within 48 hours.

Insulation sold seperatly will take between 2-3 working days to deliver.

Warm Water Underfloor Heating - FREE Delivery

Delivery time will be between 2 & 3 working days.
