Our water based systems are suitable for all types of project and in all types of property, whether domestic or commercial. In fact we have fitted entire houses and commercial premises with water underfloor heating on many occassions.

We have designed and selected the components so that the Carbon Heat Ltd UFH System is:

We use the most up to date multi layer pipe constructed from cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xc) sandwiching a layer of aluminium. This offers supreme strength and is guaranteed to be 100% oxygen impermeable, unlike PEX or PB pipe.

It is quick and simple to install because it holds its shape when bent. It is laid in a continuous loop for each zone, so there are no underfloor joints anywhere in the system. And because it holds its shape it doesn't require specialist fixing materials or techniques such as grooved insulation or aluminium spreaders.

The pipe has a design life in excess of 50 years with higher operating temperature and pressure parameters than PEX or PB. The inner core of PE-Xc ensures low maintenance because it is highly resistant to furring and sludging, and is not affected by acidic water.

This means you never need to be concerned about what is under the floor.

The pipe is manufactured to ISO9001 quality standards, and has all the relevant UK & European approvals.
